DETAILS
The Anosmia Foundation, a nonprofit organization,
was incorporated on July 20, 2001.
The goals of the Anosmia Foundation are:
To promote a greater acceptance of anosmia as a disability
To maintain support for those who suffer from anosmia
To expand the availability and accessibility of treatments
for anosmia.
To publicize the existence of anosmia
To educate the general public about anosmia
To encourage familiarity with anosmia in the medical profession.
Lisa Vatch, B.A., LL.B., LL.M., is the Founder and Director of the Anosmia Foundation.
Nancy
E. Rawson, B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D., C.N.S., is Scientific Advisor
to the Anosmia Foundation. Lawrence Vatch, B.Sc.,
M.A., is a Trustee of the Foundation and serves as Vice President on the
Board of Directors.
Evelyn Wajcer, B.A., M.A.,
M.A., is a Trustee of the Foundation and serves as Secretary on the Board
of Directors.
All directors and members serve as such without remuneration.
The Anosmia Foundation carries on its operations without pecuniary gain
to its directors or members, and any profits or other accretions are to
be used in promoting its goals.
